The Judicial Column (2008) is a Russian crime drama series you can watch online on iFILM, starring Olga Pavlovets and Daniil Strakhov. Journalism graduate Daria Ivanova writes fluff pieces for a popular weekly until the paper launches a court beat and hands it to her. She has almost no legal knowledge. What she has is stubbornness — and a fiancé who happens to be a city prosecutor's investigator: Anton Nikitin, played by Strakhov.

Each episode brings a fresh case: corruption, false charges, buried evidence, people who would rather the story never ran. The series runs on the friction between its two leads — the methodical investigator and the journalist who asks questions he considers reckless.
