Synopsis

A man crosses from the US into Mexico carrying a bag with two million dollars and a bullet wound in his arm. Acapulco is the destination. Rest, disappear, start over. He does not make it past the first town. El Fronteras is the kind of place where everybody wants something from the stranger, and the list grows fast: local police, a cartel, and a DEA officer played by Christian Slater who has his own agenda entirely.
