Synopsis

That grim prologue opens onto a set of interlocking, darkly funny tales of bad luck. A stranger knocks at the door of an elderly couple alone in a brand-new tower block. A father lulls his daughter to sleep with a story about a greedy businessman handed an offer he can't refuse. The cast includes Géza Röhrig, Michael Gould, Ned Dennehy, Kate Dickie and Adrian Rawlins.
