Slingshot

The mission hinges on a slingshot manoeuvre around a gas giant — get it right and they reach Titan, get it wrong and the ship vanishes into deep space. Before they get there, one crew member starts coming apart in ways that are impossible to confirm or dismiss. Affleck is well-placed for this kind of role: quiet, controlled, showing almost nothing on the surface while something cracks underneath. Håfström builds the tension through confinement and mutual suspicion rather than action set pieces — three people, one vessel, and a growing certainty that at least one of them cannot be trusted.
