SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron (1993) is a hand-drawn action cartoon you can watch online on iFILM, set in Megakat City, a metropolis run by anthropomorphic cats.

Chance Furlong and Jake Clawson were hotshot pilots for the paramilitary Enforcers until their jet crashed into headquarters during a chase. Commander Feral grounds them and sticks them with a salvage-yard debt to repay. Out of scrapped military junk the pair build the three-engine Turbokat and start patrolling the skies as masked vigilantes.

It ran two seasons in the early '90s, with Mark Hamill and Frank Welker among the voice talent. For Saturday-morning fare it hits surprisingly hard — real explosions, genuinely menacing villains and lovingly drawn hardware. A treat for anyone nostalgic for the cartoons of that decade.
