Synopsis
TaleSpin (1990) is a Disney animated series you can watch online on iFILM. The premise: Baloo the bear from The Jungle Book has traded the jungle for a seaplane cockpit, hauling cargo for a small transport outfit called Higher for Hire. His new boss is the sharp-tongued Rebecca Cunningham. His co-pilot is Kit Cloudkicker, a former sky pirate kid with something to prove.
Standing between them and every delivery is Don Karnage — a flamboyant air-pirate captain with a fleet of stolen planes and an enormous hat. Each of the 65 episodes drops the crew into a self-contained scrape: smuggling runs, lost relics, corporate espionage, government red tape. The visual setting borrows from 1930s adventure serials — dirigibles, art-deco architecture, no humans in sight.
