A breakaway group of Skrulls, the shape-shifting aliens Fury once promised a new home, has grown tired of waiting and turned militant under Gravik, played by Kingsley Ben-Adir. They have quietly slipped into governments, armies and spy agencies, so anyone in the room might be wearing a borrowed face. On Fury's side stand his old ally Talos (Ben Mendelsohn), an agent of divided loyalties played by Emilia Clarke, and a sharp British intelligence officer played by Olivia Colman. Don Cheadle lurks as a presidential advisor, and trusting him would be a mistake.
