Fernando Alves Pinto plays Edgar, an unremarkable man pushing thirty who decides to become a modern-day vigilante. His weapons aren't guns but technology, disinformation, and other people's greed. He sets his enemies against each other and slowly assembles a puzzle out of everyone's buried past. Alessandra Negrini and Caco Ciocler run parallel threads, and right up to the end you're never sure who's playing whom.

The style is aggressive: slashing edits, a signature color grade, a near-music-video pace — Poyart would later head to Hollywood for Solace with Anthony Hopkins.
