Synopsis
The Big Bad Fox and Other Tales (2017) is a French animated comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Co-directed by Benjamin Renner and Patrick Imbert, the film weaves three separate stories set on the same chaotic farm, where animals persistently end up doing the exact opposite of what they're supposed to.
A rabbit and a pig try to deliver a newborn baby by impersonating storks. A fox — the one meant to terrorise the chickens — ends up hatching three eggs and raising the chicks as his own, to his complete horror and their total delight. A duck, convinced that Christmas is too important to leave to chance, decides to take the whole operation into his own feathers.
Renner previously made Ernest & Celestine, and the visual DNA is similar: hand-drawn lines that wobble just enough to feel alive, no digital polish, no dramatic stakes beyond barnyard chaos.
