Synopsis
The Good House (2021) is a dry New England comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM, led by Sigourney Weaver as Hildy Good — a realtor, wine enthusiast, and distant heir to the Salem witches.
Hildy keeps her life in airtight compartments: clients, adult daughters, a town full of neighbours who think they know her. When an old romance named Frank (Kevin Kline) resurfaces, the walls start to give. Getting dragged into someone else's reckless choices doesn't help, either. The film is adapted from Ann Leary's novel by directors Maya Forbes and Wallace Wolodarsky.
