The scheming dobermans Alpha, Beta and Gamma keep packing Dug off on pointless errands so they can chase a rare bird without him underfoot. Dug throws himself into every assignment with total sincerity and botches each one, which works out better than any of them expect. Directed by Ronnie del Carmen and voiced by Bob Peterson, it turns a running gag into a sweet little story about a dog hunting for a place to belong in all the wrong spots.
