Frank Winter (John Benjamin Hickey) runs a struggling team and bets everything on an implosion design the establishment dismisses. His wife Liza (Olivia Williams) is a botanist with no outlet in a town built on silence, while newcomer Charlie Isaacs (Ashley Zukerman) gets pulled into a contest nobody trained him for.

Created by Sam Shaw with Thomas Schlamme (The West Wing) directing, the series catches Rachel Brosnahan and David Harbour before their breakout roles.
