Synopsis
Scooby-Doo! Return to Zombie Island (2019) is an animated feature you can watch online on iFILM. It's a direct sequel to 1998's Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, the movie that kicked off the gang's run of original direct-to-video features.
Burned out on mysteries, Mystery Inc. just wants a break. Shaggy wins an all-expenses-paid trip to a tropical paradise, and off they go without a second thought. Trouble is, the island feels familiar: same beaches, same creeping fog, same hunch that the vacation is doomed. Before long the dead are swarming their hotel, and Scooby and Shaggy are running from things nobody else will believe. Franchise mainstays Frank Welker, Matthew Lillard and Grey DeLisle return to voice the crew.
The film runs on nostalgia, nodding straight back to one of the darker chapters in Scooby history while keeping things family-friendly. It works for kids and for grown-ups who grew up on the original. Stream Scooby-Doo! Return to Zombie Island (2019) online on iFILM.
