Synopsis
Teenage Caveman (2002) is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi horror you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Larry Clark. Humanity has regressed to tribal living, terrified of breaking the one rule that keeps them alive: never go beyond the boundaries.
A handful of teenagers break that rule and run. They find Neil and Judith, a couple living in startling comfort who are happy to share everything the tribe has outlawed — drugs, sex, no curfew. The newcomers think they've found paradise. They haven't.
Clark, whose earlier films Kids and Ken Park established him as an unflinching chronicler of American youth, took this Cinemax slot and filled it with his trademark discomfort. The genre keeps shifting — sci-fi, body horror, dark comedy — and the ending lands not with relief but with a cold shrug that matches the tagline exactly: "The future sucks."
