Sujo

An aunt takes the child and hides him deep in the countryside, far from the people who remember whose son he is. But violence is patient. The film follows Sujo from boyhood into his late teens, toward the moment he has to choose: step into his father's life or claw his way out. It unfolds in chapters, each named for someone trying to keep him safe.
