Vixen: The Movie (2017) is an animated DC superhero adventure you can watch online on iFILM, set squarely inside the Arrowverse. Its hero is Mari McCabe, an orphan with roots in Africa.
Her parents were killed when she was a child, and what they left her is the Anansi Totem, a family heirloom that unlocks the abilities of the animal kingdom. As Vixen, Mari borrows a cheetah's speed, a gorilla's strength and dozens more to face the kind of threat that once destroyed her family. Assembled from the CW Seed web series, the film ties straight into the Arrowverse — Mari crosses paths with Arrow and the Flash, voiced by the shows' own stars Stephen Amell, Grant Gustin and Emily Bett Rickards.
