Olivia Wilde is his wife Devon, who has been watching the wreckage long enough to have stopped being surprised by it. The show spans one season of ten episodes; HBO cancelled it before a second could be made.

Martin Scorsese and Terence Winter — who worked together on The Wolf of Wall Street — created the series, and Scorsese directed the pilot himself.
