Caveat

Caveat (2021) is an Irish-British horror film from first-time feature director Damian McCarthy that you can watch online on iFILM. Isaac, a drifter with patchy memory of his own past, takes a cash job looking after a disturbed young woman named Olga in her mother's remote house. What he doesn't learn until he arrives: the house sits on an island, there's no way off, and the job comes with a leather harness and chain that limits which rooms he can enter. Olga doesn't like visitors getting too close.

McCarthy builds the dread slowly — no jump-cut scares, just a tightening sense that every door leads somewhere worse. The cast is tiny, the house is rotting, and the atmosphere does most of the work.
