Synopsis
Once Upon a Small Town (2022) is a gentle Korean rom-com you can watch online on iFILM. Seoul vet Han Ji-yul drives out to his grandfather's village clinic, only to find the old man has taken off on a six-month trip across Europe.
With nobody else to run the place, the city boy is stuck tending cows, piglets and the neighbours' dogs while he adjusts to country rhythms. His guide is Ahn Ja-young, the local police officer who knows everyone in town and keeps one warm secret about him. Red Velvet's Joy leads, with Chu Young-woo beside her, under director Kwon Seok-jang.
