Synopsis
"A Film with Me in It" (2008) is an Irish black comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Written by and starring Mark Doherty as a broke, stalled actor, the film puts him alongside Dylan Moran as Pierce, a screenwriter in a comparable rut. Then the flat starts killing people — one accidental death at a time.
Director Ian Fitzgibbon keeps the escalation clean: each attempt to manage the situation produces another casualty, another reason not to call the police, another layer of incriminating circumstance. Moran delivers deadpan panic with the conviction that the universe is, specifically, after him. Keith Allen, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and director Neil Jordan turn up in supporting roles — a cast list that shouldn't work and does.
