Synopsis

A divorce, mounting debts, the bank breathing down his neck. Then a script from a first-time director lands in his hands — a stinging pamphlet about prime minister and media mogul Silvio Berlusconi. No studio will touch it. Bruno, who couldn't care less about politics, clings to the project as his last shot at a comeback while his own life comes apart at the seams. Silvio Orlando plays the producer with a warm, rumpled humanity.
Moretti blends family drama, the backstage of filmmaking and a direct political jab — the film opened in Italy at the peak of the Berlusconi argument and became part of it.
