Synopsis
Season 23 of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood (1968) gathers fifteen episodes from 1992 you can watch online on iFILM — the gentle PBS show that taught a couple of generations how to feel.
Three threads hold the run together: up and down, love, then and now. Rogers rides a mall elevator against an escalator to show the difference, blows oversized bubbles, runs a food-coloring experiment with water. Near the end comes the bravest stretch — Mr. McFeely carries in a dead bird, and the Neighborhood of Make-Believe talks plainly with children about death, without fear. Rogers uses bubble mix and a wand to make large bubbles and discovers he has no running water. Before things are fixed, he remembers his visit to a kitchen where he helped make spinach egg rolls. The Neighborhood of Make-Believe witnesses the soap opera at the Museum of Love. Some of the neighbors help Lady Elaine perform.

Rogers does a science experiment involving food coloring and water. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Robert Troll takes the Trolley off its tracks. This prompts several neighbors to search for it.
