Proximity (2020) is an American sci-fi drama you can watch online on iFILM. Isaac, a young NASA JPL scientist, is filming wildlife alone near the coast when something pulls him skyward — something he cannot explain and no one around him is willing to believe.

Back on the ground, he finds no physical evidence and no allies. His colleagues assume breakdown; government agents assume threat. So Isaac sets out to gather proof on his own terms. Director Eric Demeusy, a visual-effects veteran, builds the story around a quietly desperate everyman rather than a chosen hero — which gives the alien-abduction premise a lonelier, more grounded texture. Ryan Masson plays Isaac, with Highdee Kuan alongside him.
