The year is 2024 and Europe has run dry on oil. The Trexx Group now controls a vast underground metro network that stitches the continent together — and most people have no choice but to use it. Roger commutes through those tunnels every day until a voice starts speaking inside his head. Following it doesn't bring relief. It pulls him into a corporate conspiracy where the company running the trains is also running something deeper.
