Srikant Tiwari looks like a bored middle-manager stuck in Delhi traffic and domestic arguments. He's actually a field operative for India's National Investigation Agency, running informants and stopping terrorist attacks before they reach the news. Manoj Bajpayee plays him with a specific kind of depletion — a man carrying classified briefings and a grocery list at the same time. Season 2 brings in Samantha Ruth Prabhu as a Tamil antagonist who makes the whole operation dangerously personal.
