The clues point straight to the Penguin and his Animilitia — a crew of villains built around beasts. Silverback brings the muscle, Cheetah the speed, Killer Croc the teeth, and Man-Bat the nightmares. No one cracks this alone, so Batman teams up with Nightwing, Red Robin, the Flash and Green Arrow. Roger Craig Smith voices the Caped Crusader. The fights lean on gadgets and machines, and the tone stays bright rather than grim.
Director Butch Lukic keeps it built for family viewing: a short runtime, a clear plot, plenty of action without the dark edges.
