About
Synopsis
Blackadder: Back & Forth (1999) is a 33-minute BBC comedy special you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Paul Weiland and made for the Millennium Eve broadcast. Lord Edmund Blackadder convinces his gullible friends he has built a fake time machine. It turns out to be real.
He and his faithful halfwit Baldrick career through history — prehistoric beasts, Shakespeare, Robin Hood, Napoleon — and make a mess of every era they land in. Rowan Atkinson and Tony Robinson reunite with Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry, with cameos from Colin Firth, Kate Moss, and Margaret Thatcher. Sharp, absurd, and over in half an hour — exactly what the franchise was always best at. Stream Blackadder: Back & Forth online on iFILM.
