Synopsis
Hidden Face (2024) is a Korean erotic thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Cellist Su-yeon, engaged to orchestra conductor Sung-jin, vanishes without warning, leaving behind nothing but a video recording. When a new cellist, Mi-ju, steps in to fill her chair, a charged attraction pulls her and the grieving conductor together.
From there, everyone is holding a different version of the truth. The missing fiancée's house guards a secret none of the characters suspect, and you spend the film unsure who is really using whom. Director Kim Dae-woo squeezes a suffocating three-hander out of desire, jealousy and guilt, with Song Seung-heon, Cho Yeo-jeong and Park Ji-hyun trading the upper hand scene by scene. It's a remake of the Colombian film The Hidden Face, but this version tightens the screws and refuses to let anyone off easy by the end.
