Synopsis
Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip (2025) is a family comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Eleven-year-old Alexander is having one of those days where nothing goes right — except this time it stretches across an entire vacation.
The family sets off on a dream Spring Break trip to Mexico City, and the plans come apart almost on arrival. The culprit is a cursed idol they stumble onto, and once it's in play the bad luck spreads from Alexander to everyone at once. Flights, hotels, fiestas, relatives — every last detail goes sideways. Alexander, already sure he's the household's designated jinx, has to learn that a no-good day isn't his alone to carry.
Director Marvin Lemus continues the saga from Judith Viorst's books, this time with a Latino spin and Eva Longoria and Cheech Marin in the cast. Light, loud, sit-the-kids-down comedy where children see themselves and parents recognize every trip that fell apart.
