Synopsis

Bryan photographs pets for a living — a long way from the world of organised crime. Then a Croatian mob boss named Vadik forces him into a sham marriage with his daughter Masha so she can gain US citizenship. The deal comes with one strict rule: no physical contact with the bride. Bryan goes along with it. Then Masha gets kidnapped during their tropical honeymoon, and the man who frames cats and dogs for a living suddenly has to play the hero. Nothing here takes itself seriously, which is exactly the point — it is a cheerful, uncomplicated comedy about the world's most reluctant groom landing in the world's most absurd situation.
