FearDotCom (2002) is a horror-thriller directed by William Malone — watch it online on iFILM. Four bodies have turned up across New York City, each one dead within 48 hours of visiting the same website. Detective Mike Reilly, played by Stephen Dorff, and health researcher Terry Huston, played by Natascha McElhone, are trying to understand what the site actually does to people.

To find out, Reilly logs on himself. The clock starts. The site belongs to a sadistic killer, played by Stephen Rea, who broadcasts his work live and leans into the fear of his audience as part of the performance.

The film shoots for German Expressionist visuals — grimy blues, industrial rot, shadows that don't quite behave normally.
