Toni is a neo-Nazi. Covered in tattoos, part of a violent nationalist crew, not someone who questions himself. Then he meets Mikaela, and the certainty cracks. Franzén plays the role without softening Toni's history or fast-tracking his change — the internal conflict feels slow and earned, which is what makes it credible.
