Synopsis
What a Beautiful Day (Che bella giornata, 2011) is an Italian comedy directed by Gennaro Nunziante — watch it online on iFILM. Checco, played by superstar comedian Checco Zalone, has just flunked his police entrance exam for the third time. Somehow he lands a security job at Milan's spectacular Duomo cathedral anyway.
He is, predictably, a disaster in uniform. A terrorist named Sufien spots him as the perfect dupe and sends his sister Farah to keep Checco distracted while the real plan takes shape. What follows is broad slapstick staged against one of Europe's most iconic buildings — the Duomo so photogenic it almost steals every scene.
