Synopsis
Not My Day (Nicht mein Tag, 2014) is Peter Thorwarth's German road comedy, available to watch online on iFILM. Till is a thirty-something bank clerk whose days blur into one and whose marriage has cooled into habit.
That grey calm shatters the moment a robber named Nappo storms the branch — the very customer Till recently turned down for a loan. With police sealing off the roads, Nappo stuffs his hostage into the trunk and bolts. Once the panic wears off, the cautious clerk starts enjoying himself and throws in with his own kidnapper. Axel Stein and Moritz Bleibtreu make a mismatched pair that carries the whole thing.
