Father Hood

Father Hood (1993) is an American road comedy with Patrick Swayze that you can watch online. Three-time loser Jack Charles learns his two kids have landed in a foster home that treats them badly, so he yanks them straight off the transport bus and runs.

What follows is a cross-country dash — boosted cars, a stolen boat, nights wherever they end up, and a father and kids who can barely stand one another. The cops close in, the press brands Jack public enemy number one, and for the first time he's trying to matter to someone. Darrell James Roodt directs; a young Halle Berry turns up as a reporter, with Michael Ironside leading the chase. It's a breezy nineties trip with clumsy tenderness tucked under the gags.
