There's no time to question her: Inspector Mika Shimotsuki and Enforcer Nobuchika Ginoza are ordered to escort her straight back. Waiting for them in Aomori is a place they call the False Paradise, and the further in they go, the harder it gets to tell the victims from the system's executioners.

Director Naoyoshi Shiotani returned to the series alongside Production I.G, keeping the cold palette, the guilt-soaked philosophy, and the signature Dominator weapon.
