Synopsis
Doraemon: Nobita's Treasure Island (2018) is a feature-length anime adventure you can watch online on iFILM. After devouring Robert Louis Stevenson's classic, young Nobita becomes convinced that one undiscovered island of gold is still out there. His robot cat Doraemon pulls a few gadgets from that bottomless pocket, and off they sail.
The treasure map leads the kids to a real pirate ship and a captain with his own designs on the loot. Nobita, Doraemon, Shizuka, Gian and Suneo are taken prisoner, slip free, look for friends among the crew, and slowly learn that the prize is bigger than a chest of coins. Director Kazuaki Imai keeps the sea story moving — chases, storms, a couple of turns you won't see coming.
This is the 38th feature in the Doraemon series that has run since the late 1970s, and one of its warmest entries: gentle science-fiction built for a family night, where the action always circles back to friendship and home.
