Dark World

Dark World (2010) — watch online on iFILM — is a Russian supernatural fantasy directed by Anton Megerdichev, with Svetlana Ivanova, Maria Kozhevnikova and Ivan Zhidkov. A group of film students heads north to document remote villages for their thesis project. They find more than folklore.

Marina stumbles onto an ancient burial ground and touches a shield she should have left alone. Something that lived in that grave wakes up inside her — abilities she can't control, a pull toward something old and hostile.
