Alexander Fehling plays Eddie — charming, oblivious, surrounded by people spending his money and laughing at him behind his back. Herbig plays the angel Buddy, dispatched from above to fix the chaos and managing mostly to amplify it. The joke is that neither man is remotely qualified for his role.
