Bitten

Bitten (2008) — watch online on iFILM. A Canadian paramedic with a run of terrible luck finds an unconscious woman in an alley one night and, against every reasonable instinct, brings her home instead of the hospital.

She recovers, they grow close, and for a moment it seems his luck has finally turned. It hasn't. Jason Mewes plays the hapless medic; Erica Cox plays the woman with the very particular problem — one he figures out around the time he finds a blood-drained body on his kitchen floor. Director Harvey Glazer keeps the vampire premise light, playing it as awkward romantic comedy with a mean streak. The tagline says it plainly: "relationships can be draining."
