Synopsis

Sixteen-year-old Les Anderson fails his driver's test. He cannot bring himself to tell Mercedes Lane — played by a very young Heather Graham in one of her first notable roles — that the date she agreed to is now built on a lie. So Les lifts his parents' prized Cadillac and heads out anyway. His buddy Dean, Feldman in full chaos mode, comes along to help. Things go badly. Then worse.
