Highway

Highway (2002) is a road movie by James Cox you can watch online on iFILM. Vegas, 1994. Jack gets caught with a mobster's wife, and within hours he's flooring a beat-up car toward Seattle with his best friend Pilot riding shotgun.

Jared Leto plays Jack, Jake Gyllenhaal plays Pilot, and Selma Blair turns up as Cassie, a drifter the two pick up along the way. Hired goons are chasing them, under orders to break Jack's legs. Pilot, though, keeps insisting on Seattle and won't say why. Cue roadside parties, a circus sideshow family, and a romance neither of them planned.

The trip plays out against a real event — Kurt Cobain's death and the crowds heading north for his memorial, which lends the goofy escape a strange undertow of grief.
