Head Count

Head Count (2019) is a lean American horror film you can watch online on iFILM. A group of college friends drives out to camp in Joshua Tree. Around the fire, newcomer Evan reads a chant he found online — out loud, just for fun.

Something answers. A faceless thing starts wearing their faces, slipping into the group as one of them and waiting. Its rules are simple and cruel: gather the victims in fives and finish an old ritual. Nobody can be sure who's real anymore. The headcount keeps coming up wrong.
