At First Light

At First Light (2018) is a Canadian sci-fi thriller you can watch online on iFILM. One night high-school senior Alex sees strange lights hovering over her small town, and by morning she can bend forces no one can explain.

Frightened and out of her depth, she runs to her childhood friend Sean, and the two go on the move as government agents close in, desperate to lock Alex away and learn what she is becoming. Director Jason Stone bets less on effects than on two teenagers backed into a corner. Stephanie Scott and Théodore Pellerin lead, with Saïd Taghmaoui and Kate Burton in support.
