Synopsis
"Traces of Love" (Evidências do Amor, 2024) is a Brazilian romantic fantasy-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Pedro Antônio builds the whole premise around a single song: Marco and Laura first meet at a karaoke bar, singing "Evidências" — the beloved ballad by Chitãozinho & Xororó, who both appear in the film — and fall for each other on the spot.
Then comes the moment they're supposed to say yes, and something goes wrong. After that, every time that melody drifts out of someone's phone or a store speaker, Marco replays every turn their relationship took. Singer Sandy brings a warmth to the screen that fits the story in a way that's hard to manufacture.
