Synopsis
My Boyfriend's Meds (Las Píldoras de mi Novio, 2020) is a Mexican comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Hank runs a mattress store and looks like the perfect catch — warm, funny, endlessly upbeat. What he doesn't mention is that all of it rests on a daily handful of pills.
Jess, a sharp marketing manager at a tequila company, walks into his shop and the two fall fast. Hank keeps quiet about the prescriptions that hold his OCD, Tourette's and a stack of other conditions in check. Then he tags along on her work trip to a tropical island and leaves the meds at home. From there it all unravels, as the charming boyfriend turns into a walking disaster without his routine. Jaime Camil throws himself into Hank full-tilt, with Sandra Echeverría opposite him and quick turns from Brooke Shields and Jason Alexander.
