Shaitaan

Shaitaan (2024) is a Hindi horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Vikas Bahl and led by Ajay Devgn. A family drives out to a quiet country house for the weekend. A polite stranger knocks at the door, asks for a glass of water, and never really leaves.

Hell comes home from there. With one sip of spiked water, the stranger takes hold of the couple's teenage daughter — she obeys his every word, blank and unreachable, while her parents watch their own child turned against them. There are no ghosts here and no creatures, just a living room, a calm man in a chair, and a power that muscle and pleading cannot touch. R. Madhavan plays the intruder with a smile that does more damage than any scream.

A remake of the Gujarati hit Vash, the film runs on dread rather than jump scares: what do you do when the kidnapper wants no money and makes no demands, only to break you for the pleasure of it.
