Synopsis
LUPIN THE IIIRD: Zenigata and the Two Lupins (2025) is a Japanese animated action film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Takeshi Koike.
A bombing tears through an airport in the perpetually frozen Rovian Union. Lupin III is named the prime suspect. Inspector Zenigata tracks him down and finally gets him cornered — but the man in front of him swears he didn't do it. The evidence points to a second Lupin, an impostor working the same territory. Zenigata has to catch both and untangle which one is real. Kuri Kan'ichi voices Lupin, Akio Otsuka plays Zenigata.
The LUPIN THE IIIRD theatrical line runs on a different register than the classic television series: sharper animation, colder atmosphere, crime-noir tension over comedy. Giving Zenigata the lead here was the right call — the impostor mystery gets surprisingly involving in 54 minutes. Watch online on iFILM.
