Synopsis

For a decade Paula lived in the shadow of a photographer who has now dumped her. Laetitia Dosch carries the whole film, playing a woman who can be infuriating, magnetic and heartbreaking inside a single scene. It is a portrait of someone on the edge who refuses to go under quietly.
This is Léonor Serraille's first feature, and it took the Caméra d'Or for best debut at the Cannes Film Festival. No glossy postcard romance about Paris here, just a jittery, funny, honest story of growing up about ten years late.
