Alpha Males (Machos alfa, 2022) is a Spanish Netflix comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Pedro, Luis, Raúl and Santi have been friends for decades and always assumed they ran the show — right up until the world quietly rewrote the rules without asking them.

Their wives out-earn them, their bosses are younger than they are, and the jokes that always worked now land in awkward silence. Each of the four flails toward the new normal in his own clumsy way: one signs up for a class in mindful masculinity, another fakes total enlightenment, a third just panics in private. Created by Laura Caballero, it carries that loud, cringe-forward Spanish sitcom energy.

The show isn't really laughing at feminism — it's laughing at four grown men who, for the first time, have no clue how to behave. Gorka Otxoa, Fele Martínez and Fernando Gil lead the cast.
